During very cold spells, an under-floor heating system is switched on at the hotel. If you need additional heat in your room anytime, the hotel will provide an electric heater for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does the hotel host wedding ceremonies?
A: La Quinta Luna is a perfect place to hold your special event as there is no other hotel in the area that offers facilities as beautiful and classical as the ones we have in La Quinta Luna.
We can cater for up to 100 guests, and will be delighted to organize your wedding arrangements. Please note that we only have seven rooms; the Presidential Suite is ideal for the newly-weds.
Q: How do we get access to local tours?
A: The hotel offers local tours of the area including a fully guided tour, in English, of the archaeology park in Cholula, which includes the ruins, a visit to the church built atop the pyramid and (optionally) the tunnels inside the pyramid.
Local tours to the nearby villages of Tonantzintla and Acatepec, (as well as local markets and other attractions) can also be arranged directly with the hotel.
Q: What arts and crafts are available in the area?
A: Puebla is most famous for Talavera, a hard and beautifully decorated ceramic which was originally brought to the region by the Moors. The hotel can put you in touch with a local purveyor of Talavera and also arrange meetings with local artists so that you may view their work.

A: The hotel does not have a dedicated spa center, however two of the rooms (Aguila Real and Presidential Suite) have their own jacuzzi, and the hotel can arrange for in-room massages, as well as pedicures, manicures and some beauty treatments.
