La Higuera Restaurant (The Fig Tree): An open-air restaurant adjacent to the infinity pool features fine dining with particular emphasis on the finest fresh ingredients including locally produced fruit and vegetables and seafood. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here and menu choices reflect the seasonal availbility of fresh products. One of the best features of La Higuera is the sensational ocean view during the day, and the romantic soft latern lights after dark.

Hole 9: As the name suggests, this restaurant is situated at the midway point of the Tamarindo golf course, on a hill overlooking the fairways. It's an ideal spot for a half-time rest point although non-golfers enjoy a good meal here too.

The Wine Cellar: For an intimate, indoor dining experience, El Tamarindo offers a dining experience in the temperate atmosphere of the cellar.
