Talk to a Sales Representative Toll-Free: If you want to speak to a human being to ask questions or get clarification about a hotel or travel package, you can dial toll-free from the USA, Canada and Mexico and speak with a reservations agent. Agents are fluent in English and Spanish. The telephone numbers are accessible by clicking the "Live Help" icon on the hotel rates page. You can also use this number if you want to book with Mexperience but prefer to make your reservation by telephone instead of online.

Assigned Representative: When you make a hotel or package reservation, your order is assigned a named service representative who is responsible for your booking and there to assist you when you need help or support with it.

Email Confirmation: You will get confirmation of your reservation(s) by email including contact details and the name of your assigned service representative.

Secure Online Reservations: Your online reservation and payment details are fully secured. All personal details, including your credit card details, are are encrypted and our systems use the latest web security technologies.

Buying Through Third Party Service Providers

If you book your services or purchased products using one of the organizations that sponsors Mexperience, please contact the service provider directly about any service inquiries you may have in the first instance. If the sponsor does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
